Hi All,
Could someone please confirm the official requirement for office hours? I have checked the policy but couldn’t find any mention of a 9-hour daily requirement.
My sub-manager is insisting that I spend 9 hours in the office every day, while his own team does not follow this. He has also threatened me by saying he will get me removed from Wipro, which I feel is harassment.
Please guide me on the correct office hour policy and the process to raise a formal complaint regarding this matter.
No specific hours... I am spending 10 mins only from the last 2 months nothing happened till date
No specific policy..mostly people doing also swipe in and swipe out at a time
Then the next 8 to 9 hours at home wfh
Just come have coffee n go
Once on a ticket they told me 4 - 5 hours
In my project they suggested to stay atleast 3.5 to 4 hours minimum .
Swipe in and out since July 2024. Nothing happened
