Most of the organisations are not giving any hikes to employees. Now a days, some companies have started removing variable pay concepts and making a fixed pay.

Is wipro is going to do the same thing?

Removing Variable pay is actually a loss for wipro. Don't think they will do it.

Before Covid in HCL there is no Quarterly variable pay. They were introduced during Covid, now they removed it. I worked during that time
