I have around 2 years of experience and in my profile it is showing 90 days notice period and can we negotiate the notice period to 45 days How can I approach them for the Negotiation and What all are Tactics to use it while negotiating notice period??

Yes, but it depends on who is replacing you and in which responsibilities you are involved, you can negotiate it with your manager

Notice period is negligible and pls check with your reporting PM and HR, they are going to help you rather than putting comments here....just try to complie them and make them understand... you can also talk for advance salary. Depends on your project criticality and your replacement as well...
