Hey folks! I will be released soon from my current project. What is the NP when you are on bench? Will I be released immediately if I resign as soon as I move to the free pool, or do I need to serve 90 days NP? Please help and suggest!!!!

I think we can get immediate release after negotiating with HR as on bench we are not working.
