Trending @Wipro; Notice period for a person on LOP

Hi everyone,

I joined Wipro almost 40 days ago, and based on my band, I will be moved to Loss of Pay (LOP) after 45 days if I am not allocated to a project. Unfortunately, I haven't been assigned any project yet.

My concern is: Once I am in LOP and not receiving any salary, if I get an offer from another company, can I leave immediately without serving a notice period? Since there’s no point in staying without pay, I want to understand if Wipro allows an immediate exit in such cases.

Has anyone faced a similar situation? Any guidance on company policies or best steps to take would be really helpful.
