I am planning to resign and I want to reduce my notice period as much as possible(atleast 30-45 days) . What are my options? Is there a payout option if yes how much that would be?.

Speak with your manager. If he is ok to release, then wipro will be releasing you

If you get released from your project then they will release you immediately so it depends on your current project and the manager
