I want to switch to another company from Wipro , what will be my max notice period I know it's 3 month , but can't it be reduced to 1 month ????

Yes it can be when you are in free pool then they'll give you early release

But like I am currently working on a project not in a free pool , will the manager of my current project will release me early any possibility . Or I have to work for 3 month then only I can leave from the project

You have to serve 90 days of notice irrespective of your project status . I am serving my notice period which is of 90 days
