I have got offer from other company today and joining date is on sept 2. My HR and manger asked me to serve 3 months. I haven't resigned at is there any other alternative to get released earlier in Wipro.
Ask first release first and then come to bench. Once your are on bench then put resignation.. wothin 5 days they will release you. One of my friend just got released same.
So when we give resignation on bench and they agree for the release, do we still get 3 months notice period salary?
I am on bench for the past one month, they are still not letting me go and want me to serve full period. Any idea if your friend escalated it to any senior HR or something? I would love to have a POC to get released soon.
Earlier they used to give early release if on bench. Now that is also not working. One of my colleague is in lop and has been asked to complete 3 months of notice period post resignation. Try buyout.
Is he getting the salary now post resignation while being on LOP. If they are asking him to serve three months, will get salary for these three months?

Nope you will have to serve your entire notice period and if you are lucky they may release you early but almost no chance for an early release
You can quit but will not be rehired
Resign in the system, other company will wait keed telling will join in 15 days
If your manager and hr both are not agreeing then it's not possible. I have seen some cases like manager agree and hr doesn't. Even if hr agrees and manager doesn't, hr cannot help you.
