Trending @Wipro; Notice period

Hello,

I am on notice period and working from home. There is Wipro policy to work from office 3 days a week. If I don't comply this will my notice period gets extended? I do not want to extend the same.

Thoughts?

They will deduct from f&f for not complying to policy.Yesterday one HR told this for notice period.

The days you did not attend office, you will be treated as absent.

This will not happen as one of my colleague last day in Wipro was in Nov and he got full f&f . He was working from home. Checked WFO policy and it is mentioned there that this policy will not affect other Wipro polices
