Is there any way to reduce notice period in wipro? Right now its 90 days! And what will be the best time to put down papers when we are going to get msi in October salary?

not possible i already check with hr he saying leaves not included in np also they are playing a politics like once you get billable project then only revoke but they are not confirm they keep me till last date
