I am bench right now.I have applied for all job opportunities which are coming from within .But I am not getting calls and if I am reaching out to managers they are ghosting.What should I do?

Clients having budget issues and not able to continue development, teams ramp down going on. That's why not getting project opportunities. Clients also become very choosy and take advantage of the situation and ask for multiple skills in a single person. Overall we need to develop multiple skills to survive.

I can understand your situation, better follow up everyone it is plus point also ping your WMG team regularly. Daily send one mail also.
IJP also you try. Utilize Udemy business access, upgrade your skills do some certification.
