I'm looking to switch but not getting calls because of 90 days np. I know that service based and banking firms accept 90 days no. does anyone have any other suggestions on how to get an initial offer letter from a decent company.

Just drop papers. You will have 90 days that's more than enough. I'm getting calls on regular basics. Don't depend on LinkedIn. Make naukri and other platform profiles
