Today I got a mail that in November for all weeks you didn't swipe and this is warning and after that leave will be deducted & actions also.

Anyone got the same and if someone have clarity that for November also they'll deduct leave? Or from dec they'll start

Yes bro, they will deduct leave for november also. got the same mail and confirmed with HR. better start swiping in and out regularly 😅

Oh is it , I thought as it's 1st non compliance so they'll not deduct for Nov atleast.

No, it's a warning they mentioned that they will deduct going forward. Let's see even many Manager level PPL didn't follow 3 days swipe.
