Anyone get a non compliance mail this week for WFO policy? If they start deducting leaves as per mail it'd be ridiculous. My entire team is not from my location.

Bro, got the same mail. It's total bakwas. My team is also spread out, how do they expect us to WFO? 😑 They need to rethink this policy.

Same here I have my team in Pune I am the only one from Chennai What is the use of going to the office and it takes 5 hrs travel each day from my home
