Trending @Wipro; Non billable people will get salary after 45 days or not ?
Hi everyone,
I got released from my last project 1 month back and currently on bench but I got tagged to another project starting from 7th August and it showing Non-billable. Will I get salary if we are Non-billable as my 45 days of bench not yet completed and I got non billable tagging
You will get your salary if you are tagged to a project irrespective or Billable or non Billable. They cannot push the client immediately for billability. So they will keep you in non Billable for few days and then change to Billable. This will not affect your salary. However, it also depends on your manager. Check with him once

I have seen this in PSP, Even though associate is tagged as billable for the future date, PSP will show as non billable until that date. I would say check with other PM whether you are billable or not. Now a days management is also not allowing to tag as non-billable.
