Trending @Wipro; No one can satisfy everyone!

I've been using this application for quite a while now, and i just wanted to mention this. Pls don't get it personally, i just can't resist!

Yes, I'm also working in wipro, not a very experienced or in any higher band. Actually I'm part of the wilp and in a support role. So u can guess my financial state.

First of all, stop saying that wipro has ruined my life or it's not a good company, because it's not going to chane anything. I have a motto, " if u don't like what u do, change it before it changes u". Yeah, maybe the project u r in is not good or u might have any issues with ur co workers or managers. But isn't it something that's common in every company.

Second of all, we work or not, it stills pays us. There are still so many people who wish to be in a position that we are in. Just imagine, it could've been more worse in any other company. So, if u don't like it, learn a skill try to move somewhere. But u know what, no matter where we go, we will still feel the same somehow.

It's juat the way we are, we weren't created to sit in a single place for 60% of our lifetime.

If u think the mentel pressure is high, I'd suggest to get a physical work, trust me, maybe the pay will less, but as long as it brings good sleep, nothing else matters.

I know guys, many people are in frustrated state already, but if anyone can post their own thoughts, i believe i can post mine too.

P.S I'm pretty sure it'll get many critics. Let's see!
