No matter how hard we work, it feels like our efforts go unnoticed. Office politics overshadow performance, and those in power—managers, SPOCs, HR, and leads—seem to stand together, indifferent to fairness. It's disheartening to see dedication and sincerity go to waste. In such an environment, how can an honest, hardworking employee even survive?🥲🥲🥲

Just take the experience and switch, thats what im going to do. HR is the most useless here, they don't even reply back to mails/chats. Appraisal L1 manager doesn't even connect with you, god knows what rating he will give

Here you can rise only by linking your managers feet. The delivery managers think of themselves as gods. Employees have no choice as the job market is not good.
