Trending @Wipro; No hike even after two years of hard work

My situation here is pathetic. I worked 2.5 years with one of the wipro's good client company. Wipro outsourced me into the company. But my manager in wipro is not aware of what I am doing here. And she don't want to listen as well. What should I do? The work I am doing in the client company is great and good heck stack

What’s stopping you from moving on? If they are not ready to acknowledge your contribution then there isn’t much you could do. Its a good time to get into a better opportunity
