Hi All,

I want to know whether everyone in B1 band is getting salary around 27k per month.

I don't know what to do..its been 3yrs in Wipro no change in salary.

Can anybody help whether how to get promotion or hike?

Please help me on this..

Please start looking out for another job. 27k for 3 years is very less.

Very less bro, don't even wait for promotion just switch its not worth it to wait. You can easily get 10+ lpa at 3yoe
