Trending @Wipro; New Hybrid Work Policy!
Just wanted to know your thoughts on the new hybrid policy which will be effective from 1 jan 2026. As for me it is not good because I never stayed for more than 6 hrs a day in office sometimes maybe an hour only. Also so if they will monitor the 9.5 hours daily work then we don’t need to fill the time sheet right ?
I honestly don't have problem to stay 9.5 hours in office. In my project we were assigned normal shift and expected to be available till 9-10 PM. Effectively it is 12-14 hrs work a day. So morning I used to go to office for an hour and be available at home during busy hours. Now with office hours at office and shift not assigned, evening busy hours will go in travel. I feel working just 9.5 hours is going to be actually healthy. However I hope Wipro will also ask accounts to align shift assignments with actual working hours. Otherwise in such accounts there will be a big impact on work.
