I resigned wipro, how can I negotiate with NP, Last 30 days buyout how can be availed? Can i get salary on np period.

Unfortunately the NP is something that cannot be reduced in normal case. Only in case of any serious issues, and that too case to case basis, and the approval from HR head, along with manager's approval, can it be reduced. There is no scope of NP buyout now.
