I'm on bench ...got released from project ..but still hr is asking 90
What's the use of staying? Ask hr for atleast 45 days from release of your last project. Because no project will take you if you are in notice of 3 months. After 45 days, you will go to lop. Ask hr to either pay for next 45 days Or give the release
If you are on bench then you can get immediate release.
What is the notice period during the probation period
Only if somehow you released from project and on bench .
It’s almost impossible to negotiate notice period…especially at offshore
The issue is other companies don't want to wait for more than 30 days....
Nope not at all under normal circumstances.... Only under any serious medical issues it can be negotiate a bit
