Suddenly people are thinking too negative here in Wipro about shl, about MSI, about other things. nobody is thinking or talks positive. Idk, what`s the problem, I want to know why it's taking people to think negative always like what if I failed shl , no msi like that only.
It's very hard to found a good or positive news here.
why not posted positive if anyone passed shl exam.
is there any algorithm running in grapevine apps to filter out good news and oly show the negative news.
Don't know the business but something went wrong here definately.
That's not possible inthis big organisation no body is talking or post positive.
If that so , it's very bad to be part of such organisations where all people are thinking negative or talks negative about own working company.
What do you want to hear i am a top performer since i joined the company as a lead at 6.5 years of experience with all 4 rating and wjat i got a mere 3 percent my clients are pyshing so that i get moved to next level but as ypu know it's always the dumbos to fill all senior positions, buddy ur a senior sse it's just a job just do it dont think about negativity and all these and ya if you wanna retire staying in this dumb ass company then best of luck
