Trending @Wipro; Need your suggestion or your experience on internal project relocation

I mentioned xyz salary ranges to consider salary revesion for relocating from current location to Big City as there would be high expenses manager is saying they can give me during msi cycle, also depends on performance. are they saying false promises?or if it's not false , will they give. Or how much generally give hike ?
