Trending @Wipro; Need to take PF amount after immediate resign

I resigned from organization recently......i want to take PF amount immediately, but there it mentioned like able to take it after 60 days. Also I have not any offers also in hand. Currently I'm soo much struggling on financially and not getting any jobs. Could anyone please let me know can I take PF now itself?If yes means what's the process?
