Hi I want to resign wipro in 20 month, need to return 18 month bonus ? and what about after 2 year ?

Actually bonus have 2 years lockin period. I remember someone telling no need to return 18th month bonus. Only 2nd year bonus comes with locking period.

Better check with some HR. And what is it you want to know after 2 years ?
