Trending @Wipro; Need to get release from the Project
I joined wipro in February 2024 as a Business analyst , in March tagged into a support project (AMS Project), the domain in which I have the prior experience is totally different, I am unable to understand the application and no proper support/training also. My manager is scolding me several times due to the delay in delivery and not happy with my performance. I am also not interested to work in this project as no proper BA work is there. I am totally frustrated now, please help me.
1.Kindly suggest how to get release from this project. 2.If I put the resignation what is the notice period I Need to serve. 3.What is the bench policy here.

This is the risk in joining service companies based on only CTC offered. Should have done homework to know that this is common in service companies. Anyway, if you put your foot down you can get released from project. You will be able to be on bench for 45 days, after that you will be on LOP and could also get terminated after 45 days depending on your band etc. My suggestion is find something else within or outside Wipro.
Talk to manager that you are not able to understand and your domain is different give him a understanding of your expectations and let him suggest.
