Trending @Wipro; Need suggestions for joining project
My release date in June 8 of next month and I am also part of rotation policy. I am selected for a banking client and they have already given me future allocation. Now I am also selected in another project which has all cloud technology. I don't want to join 1st project which has traditional old technology.
What should I do now . Wipro also promoting to upgrade technology.
Please suggest what should I do.
It is some what difficult now to leave the first project, but if you can convince some senior member in your second project then they can talk to the first project manager and block you. I faced the same situation and directly went to delivery head of the project and told him that I want to work for your project only and he emailed the other project and it got resolved.
But for this to work you have to have some great skills that you can use to negotiate.
