Trending @Wipro; Need suggestions

I’m currently working at Wipro with a CTC of 12 LPA. I have two offers in hand:

Jade Global – 17 LPA

Deloitte – 19 LPA

I’m a bit confused about what to choose. Considering the current market conditions, is it better to stay at Wipro or should I go ahead with either Jade Global or Deloitte?

Would appreciate your thoughts and suggestions.
