Hi Folks, I'm getting released from the current project by this week. Should I wait for any next opportunity or I can look outside from next week?? And does the HR team relieve me early if I put my resignation in wipro during the free pool.

I am on bench and for B3 band 45 days is given to look for a new project and after this LOP starts for a month then termination would happen if the employee faila to get into a billable project this what is mentioned over mail we are getting in the name of Bench Management.

You get paid for 45 days.. then rest around 2-3 months you get into lop-- in this period you might opt to resign and hr will give you instant release. So, now keep looking outside and post 45 days- give ur paper.
