Trending @Wipro; Need Suggestions

I joined Wipro in January 2025, but I’m not happy with the work culture, manager, and the kind of projects I’ve been given. I feel there is too much micromanagement here.

I have another offer from Jade Global and I’m thinking about leaving Wipro. But I’m worried if leaving within 3 months will affect my career or profile.

Would really appreciate your suggestions on whether I should make this move or wait. Thanks in advance!

I submitted resignation within 4 months of joining because of same reason. So, don't think much and go ahead with it provided that you are holding a better opportunity

By the way, what reason did you give your manager when you left Wipro?

I'm curious to know how you plan to explain why you left your previous employer.

Simple, the actual project requirements were not aligned to the role I was recruited for. It was not aligned to my career goals and skillset.

Its 2025 noone cares about how many switches you've done unless you are hopping every month. What matters is skill. Go ahead and take the offer
