Trending @Wipro; Need Suggestion
I joined Wipro just three months ago, and today I received an offer from Deloitte with a package 4 lakhs higher than my current offer at Wipro. Is there any issue if I resign from Wipro within three months? Or is there a possibility that Wipro will revise my offer if I put in my papers? I'm not very familiar with Wipro's policies yet, so I’d appreciate some suggestions.
If you have received any joining bonus then you need to return it else I don't see any issues. Just submit resignation and join deloitte after serving notice period. If you are doing everything according to the process or whatever is written in your offer letter then you need not worry about anything.
If deloitte has no issue, why bother about anything else
Its not too late, you can get relieved... Just inform your manager
I think there Is a bond for one year for 75000. You need to pay the amount if you leave the wipro before one year. Refer your offer letter for more info
