Trending @Wipro; Need suggestion

Hi All , i have recently joined in Architect C1 band, they r telling to think and confirm if i can take up part of my practice COE support Role to also support in recruitment and other processes as well ? i wont be tagged to any client account in Wipro but still need to follow WFO 3 days policy... dont know will they call on weekend drives also ?? is it beneficial to join COE in wipro ir wait for project allocation or remain on bench ?? m from tech full stack
