How to find employers/positions for internal switches apart from IJP. I have 4 yrs work experience in SAP HCM/SF. Planning to get certified soon in SF EC. Willing to relocate as well. I need a project desperately. Tired of micromanagement and feeling of self doubt because of not getting desired work in the project despite being worthy. All because of politics. I am very passionate about my work. But I want to work somewhere where I am getting a chance to prove myself.
