Trending @Wipro; Need help in slicing Notice period
Hey, I want to get my notice period sliced by a month. I have good rapport with the manager. Give me some good arguments that I can use for the same. And yes, they have dependency on me.
Think from managers point of view. You are ditching him and he has to run project and manage customer escalations. Do you think he will care for your rapport?
did any of your manager cared about your increment ?!then why you need to care about your manager ?!
Better don't performance. No attend meetings. Automatically they will remove or they will call for one to one discuss yur points. If yur satisfied continue on the project or otherwise ask for a release.
No such thing as good rapport brother. You said there is dependency and it will be even more reason for them to make you stay another 1 month extra notice if possible.
