Trending @Wipro; Need Early release from wipro to join ibm isl
My billing with telstra is going to end in June 30. I have another offer from ibm isl and I am in notice period already. My last date is Aug 25 in wipro. But now telstra is going to extend my billing to next quarter. I want early release from wipro and I can join in ibm with good bonus. How to tackle this situation? Can I tell client manager that I put resignation? Will it cause Displinary action from wipro?
Yups connect with wipro hr then told him ur situation and if your wipro manager is understanding then he will give it... But if he extend your billabilty then it will be difficult for him and you also...and he eill told to stay until they get ur replacement 😅...
Is it like if manager is agreeing to give early release then hr can't force me to serve 90 days ?
