Trending @Wipro; Need carrier advice

Stuck in service desk for past 4yrs, I have trying for role change within Wipro but again ended in service desk. I was interested in any technical domain. I have unskilled in cloud and linux. But everyone is asking for experience. Help me with your insights in role change. As my 4 yrs aggreement (WILP) is going to end with Wipro I am also trying outside Wipro.
