Trending @Wipro; Need career suggestions

For the past 2.5 years, I've been part of the WILP program and have been working on the same project at Wipro for the past two years. I feel stuck because there are no new project opportunities within the company. In my support role, I haven't been given the time to learn new skills. I am considering quitting my job because I don't see a future in my current domain, and I am not being given the opportunity to study or acquire new skills.

As of now thinking about the worst decision of my life to join this program. They told us we were students, not a full-time employee, and gave us more small work, which is not required in any domain. Eventually, it causes more stress, and they do not even appreciate our work.

So, Please provide your suggestions/advice on these. What can I do?

My suggestion for the fresher's WILP program is good. But it only depends on the project and what kind of opportunity they are providing.

Thanks

Sometimes it's easier to connect with people who share similar interests. You could try joining hobby groups, classes, or clubs in Bangalore, like language exchange, book clubs, or sports groups. Apps like Meetup or local communities might also have activities that match what you enjoy.
