Hi guys, I'm also faced in the same situation in Wipro. Fortunately from the past 1.5 years I'm billable. I would request everyone who is on the bench, don't get disheartened. Keep upgrading yourself. Be disciplined about it. Ask for resources you need. But be disciplined about it.

Check the IJP. Also irritate HR to provide opportunities. I did the same and now I am stuck in Desktop support 😅

The same is happening for everyone.... What's wrong with the projects I've been responding to every mail that I received for the billable opportunities.... Not even responding at least.
I'm in contact with wmg since I've met the day of the bench.still no response and no project experiencing very dissatisfied.
