My manager is harassing me he is asking me to come office daily and complete 8 hours daily I am daily travelling noida to gurugram daily it take 5 hour of travel.
My mother is not well I need to take care of her but still my manager says it's your personal problem.
I am mentally, financially, Phisically drained
I also asked my manager to put me in bench but he is not releasing saying after resignation I can't do anything for you.
I didn't have money to eat food I am using Amazon pay later to communicate office what I can do ?
Shit happens in Wipro,
Try to get a fake jaundice/or any grave disease of yours and apply for Work for home temporary, for self care or care giver, He cant deny on that.
Plus , STOP working, go to office dont come in front of him, stay in the canteen or anywhere. Maybe he will understand
Did you use up all your ‘Temporary work requests’?
Even if you have, you can apply in portal submitting your mother’s health related documents etc and ask for wfh. I know few people who actually have issue and requested in portal for wfh request. It will not go to any manager, I guess. Only wipro internal team will review and give you approval. So try that once.
Tell him you will see him outside after you exit from Wipro.
Never ever bow down or get intimidated. Record the conversation and try to collect all the Teams chat and emails as proof. Raise complaint in the wipro ombuds.
Drop a mail to hr regarding harassment what you facing
If he/she doesn't support add his manager to the same mail in next communication
If doesn't get help add manager of Manager
Do this till get proper help
Keep your personal email id in bcc every time
