Ask for the next quarter's goals and expectations from your manager as a team member. Work on these goals professionally and get follow-ups on your progress with frequent feedback. At the end of the quarter, have a one-on-one meeting with your manager to submit your reviews, along with all completed assessments and tasks. If you still receive a rating of 2, consider leaving the organization, as it may indicate that you've lost your track in your current role. It might be better to look for opportunities in other companies to advance your career.

Wipro has really shit management. I was working under manager for like 10 months of previous financial year who would have given me 4 stars for my work over the year. I was put in other manager for just 1 and half month. For review he was additional manager. He wanted to give me 2 stars.. My original manager fought and gave me 3 stars ... It has caused serious mental stress inside me. Now planning to put papers and look for other companies. 90 day notice period is another shit thing.. it is better to prepare for interview for some time and put papers. I'm so over with wipro .. No mental peace.. no good project. All the best.. it is happening for something better.

Wipro is really the worst decision for many...this is now common and more people are facing the same.

I would suggest you to move and find other better opportunities out in the market.

I got 2 ratings in wims carrier only that too last year the reason was not given too my as I was changing the team my new manager questioned him so he just simply said I have to give atleast 1 person with less rating anyways she is moving out of my team so I gave it to her thankfully I got a good manager I have survived that phase. All the best find a new team 🙌🏻🤞🏻
