Trending @Wipro; My friend has a gap of 4 years after graduation. Can he continue in any IT company now?

My friend was preparing for govt exams but now he wants to continue earning in the IT field can he join ? And if yes how can he do that which company accepts him?

If he has good skills nothing is important. May big companies refuse him during the initial stage but after gaining experience even he can work with big org. I have friends who are just 12th pass but working on big position in cyber security field
Skills are important now a days
Degree is just one paper
