No... Im B1 band...i have an separate bonus policy.. which will be added to ctc after one year and will get retention post 2 years

I had my bonus added to my salary a few months back I don't think it was added right on the exact date. Probably wait till 18 or something as that's when payroll folks actually process the salary.
