Trending @Wipro; My 90 days bench period is done yesterday and hr call me to resign because management can not able to allocate me in any project?
What should i do now?
That's awful, I can't imagine how frustrating and disappointing that must feel. You had every right to expect a project after your bench period.
This isn't a reflection of your skills or worth. Sometimes, these things are beyond anyone's control.
Apart from that it's also lack of planning from management side...they need to have the proper plan of deploying an employee to a project during the time of hiring itself....if that is done there will be not much issues I guess...
This happened to me 2 days back wipro don’t have projects as per my skill set , after project completion no any interview for next project and after reach out so many times to manager to WMG team nothing happened. So after 90 HR called me and told me to do resign. This is very very very much awful . I really don’t understand what to do now so much stress and now mind is not working. Can some one pls tell me what to do? What kind of behaviour by wipro??

It's bad to see this, management isn't able to provide projects which is their fault but they ask us to resign without any reason. Did you try applying on IJP? And how did your interview go? Good luck for the results.
IJP 6 Project applied but 3 rejected and 3 pending. INTERVIEW DONE. WENT WELL. WAITING FOR RESULT.
If they cannot assign projects then why would Wipro recruit HR in to company just to sit and eat
I have tagged yesterday one of the account. Then yesterday another one of the project selected it's good role. Any possibility to tag new project?
