For 4 rating, you may get a 7% hike.

From what I know , MSI is not mandatory for everyone.

As per your band, they will take the average salary of all with similar YOE and then who ever fall under the average or below average they will adjust it to average or in Their terms it's market standard internally.

For example if Person X ctc is 5.7 lpa and the average ctc as per his parameters is 6lpa then they will make it 6lpa or 6.02lpa.

2nd example is > if Person Y already has 6lpa and as per the internal parameter if the average market reference is 6lpa then he Will not yet any hike.

More over people who received msi last year Dec will be excluded in the lastest msi.

MSI is not based on rating. The criteria differs for every practice I guess no one knows.
