Also exclusion list of this MSI cycle: 1.Emp who joined after march 1,2025; For band AA joinind date cut off is 1st june 2025 2.Emp with 1 or 2 rating 3.Emp with resignations in pipeline. 4.Emp not on direct wipro payroll. 5.New gen associates(TRB) and student employees(WILP) 6.This is an indicative list reach out to your HR for more details(This point made me laugh like 😎what are you left with to exclude)
You mean person with rating 1 ..2 and 3 will not get MSI?
@Frus @Avd @KnottyMachine32 @Optimistic1Just read the manager communication handbook for msi, few points to bring a reality check to everyone 1.MSI will be effective march1,2026 2.Detailed allocation mechanics, tools and guardrails will be shared by buisness units/HR leads. 3.Salary hike input process is expected to be closed by 25th feb 4.Increment letters will be released to the managers tagged in the process in March. 5.Budgets have been designed considering market conditions and affordability. 6.Increase level will be aligned with industry peers and buisness performance.
Effective from March 1. That means we'll get extra money in March payroll.
