I got promoted in July cycle from B1 to B2. Got 10% hike. So now if MSI comes, I am going to get MSI or not ? Because many discussions are going on related to salary history in which people are getting that extra row having NA hike. But I am not able to see the same. My friend who didnt got promoted is able to see that extra row in salary history.

I think they are updating from backend. Looks like will get news very soon
whether it is positive or negative

If you got promoted same year then also you are eligible for MSI. this happened with me as well... After promoting,I got 10% hike and within few months as a part of MSI , I got 5%hike.

Extra row means some guys are having one row extra in their salary history from last week. Which is showing NA now

I got 4 rating still added that NA column in salary history

Till yesterday it was showing reason for Hike : Promotion
% Hike as NA Today both are showing NA Only Now don't know whats happening 😕

Can one negotiate the promotion hike? Like does the HR/manager inform u beforehand that this is the hike we will be giving u and one can bargain for more?
