Anyone from HR? Can you guys provide more details on exclusions for MSI?
My rating 4. And completed 4.3 years in Wipro. My first hike was happened last time with 5%.
What is hike i can expect this time ?
And i had an offer with 30% hike and shared with my manager. Did he consider that request??
Move ahead that would be wise i have just posted the exclusion list but msi percentage will be quite low it will be disheartening if i post everything in the mail for managers which we recieved yesterday regarding msi and it’s percentage
The only thing you can hold for now is gratuity dont miss it for a few months that is the only good advice i can suggest gor now
Also exclusion list of this MSI cycle: 1.Emp who joined after march 1,2025; For band AA joinind date cut off is 1st june 2025 2.Emp with 1 or 2 rating 3.Emp with resignations in pipeline. 4.Emp not on direct wipro payroll. 5.New gen associates(TRB) and student employees(WILP) 6.This is an indicative list reach out to your HR for more details(This point made me laugh like 😎what are you left with to exclude)
I got promoted with a 10% hike last October. Will I get MSI now?
