Hi, I’m in B2 band joined wipro in Apr 2022 with 21LPA but till now I didn’t receive any hike. People are saying everyone will get hike this time as I didn’t get MSI last time. Will I receive hike this time or do I need to wait for promotion/next hike?

You are probably overpaid as per band, hence don't expect much in MSI.

I think you are over paid for your band you might get MSI but don't expect much

This happened to my colleague as well , last year he did not get MSI while I got , reason being his lpa is already 3+ lpa of what I get. Anyway he decided to switch because of it and now he is in NP with an offer letter again
