My salary tab under 'My Financials' in Wipro DOT is showing message as "This page is not available till 15th Oct due to ongoing MSI input updates"
What does it mean?

It’s the same thing that happened last year, MSI app would show your increment letter once they release it for everyone at Wipro . So net net the wait continues 😃

Don't worry same is showing for all the wipro employees. It means they are doing some updates for hike.
